  • Personal Training with me is just that, it’s personal. Whatever your age, ability or needs I have the knowledge and skills to tailor sessions to you. As a Biomechanics Coach & Exercise Referral Specialist I specialise in functional movement helping you move better, manage injuries and illnesses, rehabilitate, increase confidence and minimise the risk of pain and/or further injury. If necessary I can work alongside clinicians such as physiotherapists and osteopaths to ensure sessions are tailored to your current needs and physical history.

    I conduct my sessions in several ways, either at my home inFaversham, Kent, at the client’s home (location depending), in a private gym space in Central London or online. I offer 2 ways of working - block bookings or packages.

    8 sessions: £640

    12 sessions: £930

    16 sessions: 1200

    Packages below are slightly different and are a more structured and dedicated approach most suited to those new to exercise, those looking for movement rehab, increasing confidence or are finding no success with pain or injury management. They include Biomechanics screening and monitoring which is why they are a little more expensive.

  • £400

    This package is a great way to begin the journey to moving more freely and feeling more confident in your own body. The package includes the following:

    • Optional intrinsic biomechanics assessments/testing (in person only)

    • Weekly check ins

    • 4 PT/coaching sessions online via Zoom or in person

    • 1x programming call to help build your own movement and well-being programme

    • Optional breath-work and mindfulness guidance

    • Full support, resources, accountability and contact with me throughout

  • £800

    This package is for anyone looking to invest in their physical health across the spectrum. Whether it be simply looking after your body, finding comfort at work, injury prevention, feeling more comfortable in your working environment, getting stronger, feeling fitter or optimising your body for elite sports, this package is for you. This package includes the following:

    • Optional intrinsic biomechanics assessments/testing (in person only)

    • Weekly check ins

    • Weekly PT/coaching sessions online via Zoom or in person

    • 1x programming call to help build your own movement and well-being programme

    • Optional breath-work and mindfulness guidance

    • Full support, resources, accountability and contact me throughout

  • £1000

    The 12 week Dedication Package includes all of the above and more. This package includes a complimentary breathing assessment and coaching session plus as many resistance bands as needed.

    Dedication is required for all of these packages as you’ll work closely with me to ensure you reach your agreed goals and begin to make movement a part of your lifestyle. Contact me for more info or book your free consultation below.

Private Yoga Tuition

Individual Sessions: From £45

Private Yoga Tuition with me is for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice physically, mentally, spiritually or all of the above. For beginners looking to find their way around yoga to seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their physical postures or spiritual practice I can tailor sessions to exactly what you need.

Meditation, hatha yoga, vinyasa flow yoga, yin yoga, pregnancy yoga, post-natal yoga and arm balances/inversions/deeper yoga asana or yoga philosophy work.

Private Yoga sessions are available in person or via Zoom. Home sessions or studio sessions available with studio booking included.

Corporate Classes

Corporate sessions with me are thought out, tailored to the needs of participants and a whole lot of fun! I now run these through my business “The Happy Healthy Body Co.” alongside other, unique wellness packages.

I have worked with companies including the BBC, Alfa Systems, Appian Corporation, Cornerstone Research, Untold Studios, Mean Broadcast, Ashbury Global, the NHS and Okta.
