I’m Jess, a nervous system and breathwork specialist supporting individuals working, living or performing in high-pressure environments.
My work helps you stay grounded, regulated and focused in moments where stress, visibility and expectations are high, whilst protecting against burnout, overwhelm and fatigue that compromise both wellbeing and performance over time.
I work with performers, creatives, professionals and individuals navigating demanding lifestyles, health challenges or periods of high stress - offering support that is adaptive, evidence-informed and deeply personalised to the individual.
My approach combines evidence-based breathwork, nervous system regulation, movement and wellbeing coaching, delivered through 1:1 sessions in person, online or on-location where required.
