Hey everyone! My name is Jess and I’m a breath-work specialist (Oxygen Advantage & Buteyko), yoga teacher, Biomechanics Coach™, personal trainer, exercise referral specialist and mental health first aider. I offer bespoke coaching, events, courses, workshops and personal training online and in-person.

Using intrinsic biomechanics and functional movement, I structure sessions to your unique bodies needs and your personal fitness and well-being goals to help you move better and feel the very best version of yourself.
