…And if there’s one thing you need to know about me, it’s that i’m super passionate.

It’s something I get told a lot and I pride myself on loving the work I do and helping as many people as I can.

In terms of breathwork, I’m Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko method trained and I’m also continuing my studying and education through The Breath Science Certification . I work with individuals and groups to help optimise their well-being through functional breathing and my usual clients are those suffering with anxiety, stress, burnout and sleep related concerns. I’m also an intrinsic Biomechanics Coach™ and personal trainer working with a broad range of clients to help facilitate their specific goals and needs. As a yoga teacher I’ve trained in and teach hatha, vinyasa flow, yin and pre and post-natal yoga.

As well as running my own business I’m also currently working for the well known London gym chain Gymbox as head of both the “Holistic” and “Mind” categories. We recently launched the Mind category and were the first gym to ever launch classes specifically for mental fitness! In this role I recruit our instructors, lead class trainings and develop new and exciting classes for the timetable!

As an ex performer, I’m constantly influenced and my business has been inspired by my career in the creative industry. Fun facts - I spent two years in the hit musical “School of Rock” on the West End as well as singing the musical theatre finale for Jack Whitehall’s Netflix special “Jack Whitehall: At Large” which you can still find on Netflix!
