Breathwork & nervous system coaching for high-pressure lives

Before I ever worked in breathwork and nervous system coaching, I was a performer myself!

I spent years working in high-pressure, high-expectation environments where being “on” was non-negotiable. Long days, last-minute changes, constant evaluation and the pressure to deliver, no matter how I felt. I performed in the West End in School of Rock for two years and also featured in Jack Whitehall’s Netflix special Jack Whitehall: At Large among other things. I’m so grateful for the experiences I had back in my performance days but they truly were days that also showed me first-hand what chronic pressure does to the mind and body.

if there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that i Care deeply about this work…

Behind the scenes, I dealt with anxiety, digestive issues (I’ve got one hell of an IBS story I could tell you) and relentless self-pressure. I looked fine on the outside, impressive even, but my nervous system was often living in overdrive. Back then, I didn’t have the language for nervous system regulation, but I did understand breath and body awareness. As a professional singer and a yoga teacher, I instinctively used my breath to steady myself, regulate my energy and stay grounded when things felt unpredictable.

That lived experience is the foundation of the work I do today.

I now specialise in nervous system–led breathwork and performance wellbeing, supporting on-air professionals, performers and people working in high-pressure environments to regulate stress, improve focus and recover properly, not just push through. My approach blends evidence-based breathwork with practical, real-world tools that actually work when the stakes are high.

I’m trained in Breath Science, Oxygen Advantage and the Buteyko Method and I work with individuals, teams and groups to support stress, anxiety, burnout, sleep challenges and performance consistency. Alongside breathwork, I’m also an Intrinsic Biomechanics Coach™, personal trainer and yoga teacher, with training in hatha, vinyasa, yin and pre and post-natal yoga - meaning everything I offer is body-led, nervous system aware and adaptable to the individual.

I’m also a Mental Health First Aider.

Alongside my work with media and performance, I’m the founder of my own app, The Happy Healthy Club! An online wellbeing space offering weekly live classes, on-demand practices, journaling, breathwork and community support - designed to help people build consistency without pressure or perfection.

I also work with London gym chain Gymbox as Head of Holistic. In this role I recruit and train instructors, develop new classes and help shape progressive, accessible approaches to physical and mental fitness in our holistic category.

I do this work because I truly know what it’s like to function at a high level while your nervous system struggles behind the scenes and I also know how powerful it is when you’re given the right tools to work with your body instead of fighting it.

She is so incredibly positive and encouraging and will always find ways to work around or target the specific quirks of my body. Her online yoga classes are welcoming and grounding, giving me structure and motivation throughout my week”

  • “It was really important for me to work with someone who had the same values as me. Someone who focuses on longevity, form and self-love rather than aesthetics and the ‘no pain no gain’ culture.  Jess’ knowledge of meditation and yoga complement her personal training and I am a client of hers in both areas. She really CARES as well. Whenever I have questions/wobbles/injuries she is always there for me going above and beyond. ”
