8 weeks+ Programme
This coaching programme is an elevated, bespoke package designed to meet you exactly where you are. Combining all of my skills as a personal trainer, yoga teacher, and movement coach, alongside my breathwork and wellbeing expertise, this custom package is created for those navigating burnout, depression, chronic illness, or simply feeling stuck in cycles of stress and exhaustion. Together, we’ll build a foundation of safety and recovery, while supporting you in regaining strength, balance, and energy for the long term.
Over a minimum of 8 weeks (and continuing for as many months as you need), this package is fully tailored to you.
This could include any/all of the following:
1-2x weekly online sessions
Personalised breathwork coaching
Yoga practices to restore balance and mobility
Movement and strength programming to rebuild energy and resilience
Mindfulness and wellbeing tools to support mental health and reduce stress
Accountability and compassionate support as you navigate recovery

All breathwork coaching is done online via Zoom. You’ll be sent Zoom links in advance with the live sessions being recorded then sent to you afterwards for you to re-visit anytime.

Yes, I absolutely offer payment plans to those who need them. You can either pay in 2 or 3 installments and we will discuss and agree on this before we begin the coaching.

I tend to use WhatsApp as it's quick and easy but I'm happy to text or email if that's your preference!

In the call my soul aim is to understand if and how I can help you. It's your time to talk to me about your goals and any symptoms you have or problems you'd like to address. I take you through some assessments which gives you a chance to experience my work and it's all very relaxed and aimed at finding you the right approach to help you achieve your goals.

For breathwork, I only offer in-person if you're based in Kent and able to travel to my home in Faversham. I do occasionally offer home visits in London but this is only if availability and location allows - always enquire in the call booking or on the call itself.

This is completely dependent on each individual. If you dedicate completely to the coaching plan we put together then you'll surprise yourself with how quickly things can transform! However for those experiencing burnout or dealing with chronic issues, we could need more time together and I’ll always give you my honest assessment and what’s achievable on the discovery call.
