Frequently asked questions

  • All breathwork coaching is done online via Zoom. You’ll be sent Zoom links in advance with the live sessions being recorded then sent to you afterwards for you to re-visit anytime.

  • Yes, I absolutely offer payment plans to those who need them. You can either pay in 2 or 3 installments and we will discuss and agree on this before we begin the coaching.

  • I tend to use WhatsApp as it's quick and easy but I'm happy to text or email if that's your preference!

  • In the call my soul aim is to understand if and how I can help you. It's your time to talk to me about your goals and any symptoms you have or problems you'd like to address. I take you through some assessments which gives you a chance to experience my work and it's all very relaxed.

  • For breathwork, I only offer in-person if you're based in Kent and able to travel to my home in Faversham. I do occasionally offer home visits in London but this is only if availability and location allows.

  • This is completely dependent on each individual. If you dedicate completely to the coaching plan we put together then you'll surprise yourself with how quickly things can transform!
