All breathwork coaching is done online via Zoom. You’ll be sent Zoom links in advance with the live sessions being recorded then sent to you afterwards for you to re-visit anytime.

Yes, I absolutely offer payment plans to those who need them. You can either pay in 2 or 3 installments and we will discuss and agree on this before we begin the coaching.

I tend to use WhatsApp as it's quick and easy but I'm happy to text or email if that's your preference!

In the call my soul aim is to understand if and how I can help you. It's your time to talk to me about your goals and any symptoms you have or problems you'd like to address. I take you through some assessments which gives you a chance to experience my work and it's all very relaxed.

For breathwork, I only offer in-person if you're based in Kent and able to travel to my home in Faversham. I do occasionally offer home visits in London but this is only if availability and location allows.

This is completely dependent on each individual. If you dedicate completely to the coaching plan we put together then you'll surprise yourself with how quickly things can transform!
